The Hub

We are experienced mindfulness practitioners, who met during our training with the Institute of Mindfulness Based approaches, conducted over 18 months. We come from different professional backgrounds, and operate courses individually or in pairs, based on shared a commitment to mindfulness as a way of life.

We have experienced in our own lives how mindfulness can improve the quality of our physical mental and spiritual well-being, and have been inspired to train in sharing this transformative approach.
