I have been practicing mindfulness meditation and yoga for over 8 years and trained as a mindfulness teacher with the Institute of Mindfulness Based Approaches.
I have a young family and am a qualified nurse. I also work for the Irish Hospice Foundation running various workshops and communication skills training for staff caring for dying and bereaved people.
Mindfulness has benefitted all aspects of my life and encouraged by that and the growing base of research demonstrating the value of mindfulness practice I am keen to introduce it to others.
My classes draw from the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, Eckhart Tolle, Pema Chodron, Tara Brach and others.
