About Us

We are a group of experienced mindfulness practitioners, who met during our training with the Institute of Mindfulness Based approaches, conducted over 18 months. We come from a variety of professional backgrounds, and operate courses individually or in pairs, based on shared a commitment to mindfulness as a way of life.

We have experienced in our own lives how mindfulness can improve the quality of our physical mental and spiritual well-being, and have been inspired to train in sharing this transformative approach.
